Project Overview

The most routine method of blood pressure measurement today is done using an inflatable cuff device. This type of measurement can be inaccurate due to a variation in arm sizes. Dr. Steven Yale, from the Marshfield Clinic Research Foundation, has asked us to create a more useful blood pressure measurement system. Our proposed idea will use cuff-less measurement, have capabilities to easily record and keep periodical blood pressure data, and possibly analyze the trends of the blood flow throughout the body.
