Project Overview

Current models of intraventricular drainage systems require the inconvenience of consistent nurse facilitation and fixed patient position resulting in both costly and imprecise measurements. To fix this problem, a device must be innovated to automatically control intracranial brain pressure. Therefore, the manual labor, regulation, and adjustments to patient movement must be automated while also ensuring cost-efficiency and MRI compatibility.
