Spider cage to support cerebral palsy patient

Project Overview

A spider cage is a device used by therapists to work with people (usually kids) who have cerebral palsy. It supports their weight with bungee cords connected to a custom suit so the person can work on building leg and arm strength. This is something that is available commercially, but is very expensive. We are looking for a design that is relatively inexpensive, is collapsible and able to fit in a car, and has custom features that meet the need of one particular person.
