Login for More InformationProject attempts to improve current mirror eye-trackers that assess visual acuity.
Project Overview
This project will incorporate the study of biomedical engineering to improve a certain eye-tracker assessment. The eye-tracker method utilizes a mirror that subjects use to look at themselves and follow their face. However, the agility of the current method (in tracking mirror movements) is not ideal. By using novel virtual reality technology, our team will be enabled to fix the shortcomings of the current eye-tracker method by increasing its agility and thus making it more reliable to ascertain visual acuity.
