Project Overview
The future of colon cancer surgery is shifting to minimally invasive approaches. Polyps and surface level tumors can easily be removed but the deeper the tumor penetrates into the colon the higher chance of complications and metastasis. The goal for this project is to create an endoluminal resection device used to resect full thickness tumors in the left, right, and transverse colons.
