BioMEMS low-cost photomask aligner
To develop a tool to align photomasks together to one, master mold used for multilayer microdevices
Project Overview
The team has to develop a device to align photomasks for the BioMEMS system. The photomasks are very small (1.5 um-250 um) so any sort of mismatch between them can cause errors in the photomask’s usage. There are 3 layers that will have to be aligned for each photomask. The device must be able to accurately align the layers of the photomask to a degree that the photomask works as intended.
