Our team hopes to design a cap for an endoscope able to withstand the pressures for an endoscope.

Project Overview

Our client Dr Amber Shada performs endoscopies using a specialized cap for an endoscope, However the cap is only held to the endoscope via water resistant tape. This leads to a problem where during the endoscopy occasionally the cap can become loose or even dislodged. Our team aims to correct this problem, where we plan to design and fabricate a water resistant reusable dislodgement resistant cap that can attach and detach to the endoscope.
