Develop a new clamp mechanism that prevents premature hardening on synthetic fiberglass splints while in storage

Project Overview

Develop a new slicing and clamping mechanism to use with synthetic fiberglass splint packaging in order to minimize human error when clamping, creating a single-motion process that will both cut and clamp, and ultimately, prevent premature hardening of the synthetic fiberglass for a longer shelf-life.
