Emergency Cooling or Warming Device For Obtund Patients

Project Overview

This project aims to improve current methods of rapid temperature control of obtund patients. Such as cooling blankets and intravascular cooling catheters. This project aims to use safe minimally invasive rectal temperature management device capable of rapid cooling and warming, with simple insertion and minimal equipment for use in ambulances, wilderness rescue, and patient transport.
