Create a device that shows live rep updates as well as a live timer to time out the eccentric vs concentric part of the lift

Project Overview

Our client, Bob Gold, desires a device to track and display time and reps of exercise movements in real-time. He wants a device that distinguishes between concentric (lifting) and eccentric (lowering) phases of strength exercises. This device should measure both duration of movement type and repetition count.
